HELLO SOME QUESTiONS ABOUT PROTiEN POWDERS & CREATiNE

FORTUNE

New member
hello sir i am interested in buying some whey protein and some micronizaed (german) creatine powder.

firstly, i realize there are differences between concentrate and isolate whey protein, and i am using this source to order:

http://www.canadianwhey.com no flavours, in canada, and cheap.

it gives the macronutrient breakdown but i think they might be trying to pull a fast one on me, the serving sizes are different and although the isolate looks better - is it worth paying 45$ more (it may well be?) i am not a pro bb but if there is a significant difference on that product in your opinion then i would go with the isolate.

also for the creatine i was going with this product, could you tell me if i am making a good choice? is there a better prodcut on that site (its good service and in canada so thats why im choosing them)

creatine:

thank you very much i think those 2 products will be helpful for me. i would like your opinion on their quality plus whether the isolate vs. concentrate really matters. would i be better to just get the concentrate and order some gplenish from anabolicfitness store? will gplenish help me more than buying isolate over concentrate.(saving 45$)

thanks for any advice

hey bro, i'm currently using the isolate from canadianwhey and i'm liking it alot. isolate has a higher bv than concentrate so that means that it's absorbed VERY quickly; ideal for post-workout shakes. in addition, i'm noticing that the isolate isn't bloating me AT ALL. quite a few bros are very satisfied with canadianwhey's products.

as for the creatine, i haven't used it so i can't really comment. the only advice i can give regarding creatine is to get a reputable brand (i'm using prolab right now, good stuff IMO http://www.sndcanada.com/gc/gc_item...Catalog:Prolab&ID=0223174348642301426147&Z9=0) and just get the cheapest stuff.
