Now that Ive had my whinge and whine, I guess I can at least introduce myself to the board.
As some people know already, I have been training (naturally) in the gym since 1988. I am 31 years old, married and, thank God, no kids. My stats are as follows:
5'11
210 lbs doown from 220
waist 40
arms 16.5
thighs 25 (one smaller due to full rupture of patella tendon at uni)
calves 15.25
chest 48 (mainly lat development)
When I started training I weighed around 56 kgs (125 lbs). After 2 years I was tipping the scales at 100kgs (220lbs). After a couple of more years my strength gains increased as follows:
bench max from 110 lbs to 310 lbs
squat max from approx 150 lbs to 420 lbs
deadlift max from (can't remember) to 520 lbs
These are just some basic exercises but you get the idea. Probably not bad wieghts for someone who was a very typical hard gainer, as well as being the weakest kid around.
Thats why I can't understand these people who use steroids after a mere couple of months of training, and they weigh like 155 lbs or something! That's ludicrous IMO. Get to the gym and train properly for a couple of years before engaging in steroid use.
As far as starting a cycle, I was thinking of the following:
* Test Cyp (although I wanted Enanthate) 500mg/week for 10 weeks
* Eq 400mg/week for 10 weeks
* And have been thinking of running some Winny from about week 7 to approx week 12
* And of course anti - e's on hand and post-cycle clomid therapy
