Hello All... I'm new... can you all help??

Hi there Ladies! My boyfriend posts on the anabolic board regularly, and I always asked him to post some questions for me, but he insisted that I do it. I have read many of posts, but I am just now getting around to posting myself...

I am a 20 y/o female. 5'9" 117lbs. I am rather thin and have a nice figure, which I think is mainly a result of good genetics and working out my whole life for sports. My diet is very good relative to other females my age, but would probably not be considered so great by all of you (No junk food and very low fat, but I probably need to cut back some carbs and add more protein). Well, the last two years, I made a move from working out for athletic purposes to working out to look good. I got terrified by all of my friends gaining their "freshman 15." So, I have hit the cardio pretty hard and toned everything up. I do weights twice a week as well (one upper/ one lower body). What I have noticed is an overall reduction in bodyfat, and as well a reduction in my breast size. I have searched and found many threads where you all have experienced the same thing. I am too young and broke to buy some boobs, so I would like to salvage what I've got (I went from a large B to a small B).

Here's my problem: I still need to tone those lagging areas where I hold fat because of my womanliness. I tried Yohimburn and got great results, but still not completely to my satisfaction. I am quite content with my overall bodyfat, but its just the little ass dimples I want rid of. Serious dieting and/or Cardio would further reduce my breasts... So, has anyone used Clen to effectively tone specific areas? I mean, has anyone used clen with only light cardio, but with loads of targeted exercises, to tone the abs, obliques, and glutes, while sparing the boobs? Or is this just not how it works? What If I threw in some Yohimburn to help localize the fat loss? I guess I am asking for peoples experiences with the use of clen without Cardio and whether it does anything without it...
Thanks Y'all - you'll be hearing from me now on...

Clen is extremely overrated IMO!! Continue with YohimBurn and also change your workouts to "target" that area... Squats, lunges, stiff-legged deadlifts and welcome to the boards. :wavey:

I incorporate all of those lifts... stiff-legged deadlifts are awesome! I was thinking however, of doing cardio maybe once or twice a week, but having a better training split... like really focus on one or two mucles a day, rather than doing my whole upper or lower body once a week. I am starting to think my problem areas are not due to an excess of fat, but maybe more to a lack of muscle there. As In, I think I have probably less butt fat than some girls with less dimples, but probably less muscle as well, which I think might stretch the skin out more... or maybe not... I dunno...

Ok, after thinking about it for a minute. I take LBM to stand for lean body mass... So, more muscle = higher resting metabolism... very interesting. Diet is the key huh? I was thinking that and I've mentioned it to my BF, but he doesn't like the idea, since his former girlfriend was bulimic and it started with her attempting a simple diet of some kind... I dunno, for some reason, he likes that I can out-eat him. But, its not his body, so I will probably make some alterations to my diet. Oh, I can't remember his user name right now - its something stupid. I'll ask him later (he's not a moderator or anything).

There it is...

I got on his computer to see if I could find his name out, and I posted not thinking about it... its JibbyJabba (that last post was me on his computer) I forgot they save your log-in info. So, on the above posts, the ones that are from "JibbyJabba" are from me... Haha, I'm so computer illiterate

If your BF doesn't want you to eat a clean/healthy diet find a new one. :)

No, its not that he doesn't want me to have a healthy diet. I mean, relative to most females my age, my diet is excellent. I don't drink, don't eat red meat, don't eat fried foods, I avoid simple sugars and starches...its just I (despite being a size 1) do have a large appetite and, although it is healthy food, I do eat a lot. When I mention cutting back the quantity some, he just becomes uneasy because he thinks I shouldn't have to be hungry... and, for the most part, I agree with him. I know so many girls who struggle with their weight and they have their boyfriends hounding them to eat less and get in the gym, but he is not like that at all... very supportive and willing to help me with everything...

Awesome! great info... that training split looks exactly like what I am looking for.

I've only done BF% by caliper method where it was determined I have about 18%... most people who hear this laugh (thinking its too high) and tell me how innacurate this method is and that I need to get the water test done... However, I suspect that it is because they are not realizing the distinction (abovementioned by yourself) of "lean" and "skinny"... They think that because I am skinny, I have low BF%... and, as far as cellulite, I really do not have very much at all (just enough to piss me off though)... If I tan it cannot even be seen, but I don't particularly care for this method of fixing the problem.

I think what I need is to up the protein, get rid of some carbs, and start working out with a training split like yours. I just don't know about doing so much cardio though... I mean, I'm tired of my boobs shrinking...

Thanks for the info...

Oh, and about the Clen...what are your thoughts? Can it be used successfully with only light Cardio with my goals in mind? I ask because my boyfriend has a bunch and has said I can use it if I research it and decided it something I wanted to do (though he seems to really be against it)... Thanks!

Clen did nothing for my cellulite. I lost 30 pounds - but had to mix the clen with some heavy cardio in order to pull it off. Lunges, squats, and step ups seem to keep the cellulite appearance away - having muscle there instead of fat will take care of that. Listen to Spatts - she really knows her stuff!!!!!

First of all, welcome to the board. :)

I think that clen is overrated - it doesn't do anything that a simple ECA or NYC stack won't do, and it causes receptor attenuation more quickly than ECA and NYC, meaning you have to cycle it a certain way. If you haven't used ergogenics/thermogenics before, you'll probably see a difference right away no matter what you use.

By the way, I like "ass dimples" better than "cellulite" - dimples implies smiling, which is what one WANTS to do when they look at their ass. :D I'll have to use that phrase more often...

NYC stack...

Oh yeah, I had been wondering about the NYC... doesn't it contain norephedrine or phenylpropanolamine (sp?) and didn't that cause a bunch of young women and children to have strokes?
