Helladrol / 6-MDROL Cycle

I am running a 6 week cycle of Helladrol and 6-MDROL from Mr. Supps. I am looking for any advice or pointers on the cycle im doing.

Stats:
22 y/o
6'2
215lbs
15% roughly bf

Cycle:
Helladrol: 75/75/100/100/100/100
6-MDROL: 2 Caps Morn And Night for 6 Weeks.
Forged Liver Support: 2 Caps Dailey Morn/Night.
Also taking a very strong Multi Vitamin ED.

PCT:
Weeks 4-8: Forged Post Cycle 2 Caps Morn and Night+
Weeks 4-10: Forma Stanzol 5 Pumps Morn and Night.

Im on a pretty average diet. Try to stick with meat sandwiches about 3-4 a day. With a high carb dinner. Vegies and fruits in between. Absolutley no soda or junk food/fast food.

Is there anything i should be doing different? Adding anything?

Any help/advice will be much appreciated.

Just wondering why your starting pct on week 4? You should start pct the next day after you finish the cycle so on week 7 sorry if I read it wrong the pct is a but lacking I would get either clomid or the Mho poppers to add to your pct
 
Ok so ill def be starting the PCT on week 7. And ill also add MHO Poppers to my PCT. Other then that seems to be okay?

Im am also about to run out of a protien mix. Any advice on a good protien from Mr. Supps or other sponsors?
 
It all seems good bro don't be scared to bump to 125 I ran mine 75/100/100/100/125/125 and I wished I started at 100 but its good your taking it slow

Any protein is good I have heard the nublend protein from mr supps is good its all about price go with what you can get
 
That is a sh!t load of methylated compounds. If you can find TUDCA for liver support, get some.


how is that a shitload of methylated compounds?? 6-Mdrol is non methylated and helladrol is about as light as it gets when it comes to methylated compounds... So that is a very inaccurate statement...
 
Is actually a very mild cycle as regard methylated compounds.. the old CEL mdrol and this are two very different beasts

So im on the Forged Liver support 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I believe that's enough?

Still on the first week of the cycle. Everything seems to be going good. I know its to soon to actually see a difference in my muscle mass but I do feel a lot stronger. I am able to do things I wasn't able to before I started the cycle.

Thanks for following ill be posting every week with honest results good or bad.
 
Any baseline numbers? Say squat, dl, bench and any other compound movements u would like to add? I am interested in running these 2 compounds as well since it seems BEAST is a ways off. Good luck and an update more than 1 time a week would be nice.
 
What type of diet do you suggest Rick?

What are your goals?

Eating a clean diet of lean meats, egg whites, complex carbs, healthy fats, and green veggies is important to building lean muscle.

You must be at a caloric surplus to build muscle with 1-1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight. That doesn't mean coning from shakes. A shake a day is fine, but you should be getting most of your protein from whole food sources
 
Okay, As of tomorrow I will be going on my second week of the cycle.

I am jumping up 25mg of helladrol so ill be taking 4 caps daily. I will be continuing the 6-MDROL 4 daily as recommended.

Going on this second week im definitely getting stronger and starting to see somewhat of a difference in muscle mass.

Im working out 6 days a week.
Mon- Bi's and back
Tues- Chest and tri's
wed- legs/cardio/shoulders
thurs-break
fri-sun repeat of mon-wed.

No side effects from what I can tell but we will see how that goes as I start increasing the dosage.

On another note. I got some pre work out from Mr.Supps, its the forged 1g stim. Now im used to taking C4 for a pre work out so im not sure how different these two are, but for some reason on the 1g stim I felt extremely nauseous and shaky. Anyone else try this stuff? Anyone know how much of a difference C4 and 1g stim is? Its been about 2 hours after taking the 1g stim and I still feel like shit. Just curious.

It will help to keep on cycle suppression to a minimum ensuring a smoother transition to pct and recovery as well as keeping libido high...
 
I see alot of people are using it in there PCT. As of right now my PCT consists of:

Forged Post Cycle
Forma Stanzol
MHO poppers

Is HCGenerate just for the PCT or On cycle support as well. Which one would benefit me more?

Would adding HCGenerate to my PCT be to much for my PCT?
 
Ok so pretty important question.

Before i got into lifting i used to drink quite a bit of beer. Not lite beers im talking dark, Sierra Nevada Pale ale beers and a high quanity of them.

I have some stubborn belly fat around my belly button area and a little in my peck region that just wont go away. Im getting great results so far from the current cycle im on, pretty much everywhere but my stomach.

Im on a pretty decent diet being no sugar/soda/fast foods ect.

I do some cardio and work abs 6 days a week.

Is there anything i can add to this cycle to help try and defeat this stubborn belly/peck fat?

I see Mr.Supps has a fat burner, Would this help?

Any help/advice would be much appreciated bro's.

Of course you can add a fat burner if you like, keto burn is a good addition most people save it for pct tho I'm using it now in pct and I feel the effects from it and I'm sweating my ass off almost all day
 
Awesome. Ill be adding it to pct! Thanks man. Your always helping me out.

Don't forget , that those places Are generally the most stubborn places to leave , and will be the last, since your seeing results everywhere but there it means you ARE making progress , and if you keep eating clean it will eventually go. Look at adding some intervals into your regimen. HIIT style cardio, it makes a tremendous difference in fat burning. Send me a pm if you have any more questions regarding that.
 
I plan on adding a high endurance kick boxing class into my gym schedule. Everyone that comes out of that class has a nice size sweat mark down there chest.
 
So first day of week 3, now from what I hear a lot of people that use Helladrol start to see some pretty good results come week 3. Which in my case is true.

When I started this cycle I was 215lbs. I am now 225lbs. Everything I do in the gym has most def increased. Im not having any bloating nor water retention.

Now remembering that im only 22, when I started I had a roughly 14 3/4 inch arms. Starting week 3 I am up to 15 3/4 inch arms, so im def getting results.

As of right now this is how im running my 6 week cycle:

Helladrol 75/100/125/125/125/125
6-MDROL 4 caps daily as recommended.

Now side affects, I can tell im a little on edge and aggressive at times. Libido seems to be on the low side. But over all nothing I cant handle.
HCGenerate im sure would have been a plus to have during this cycle but I wasn't able to apply it at this time.

As of right now my PCT consists of:
Forma Stanzol
Forged Post Cycle
MHO Poppers
And im adding Keto Burn.
