Hella/Katana cycle with pics now

Sunday starts the big day. With the help of Dylan here I set up a hella katana cycle.

Looking for some strength gains and bf reduction

Started a new split two weeks ago

Day1 chest and bi's
Day 2 legs
Day 3 shoulders and tris
Day 4 back

It's a bit of an unconventional split but my body seems to be responding very well.

My fiancé is a registered dietician and while she's not a fan of supplements in general especially ph she has helped me set up a very balanced diet. I work I. Sales and I am constantly traveling. Luckily my gym has franchises in every state I work in that I can go to. I am really looking forward to this.

I am going to log daily. This is the first really comprehensive ph cycle I have run in a while. I'm excited to see where I can take my body to.
 
Day one

Great work out today: chest and bi's

Spending the rest of the day grocery shopping and prepping food for the week.
I am taking a business trip Tuesday to Vermont a five and a half hour drive each way so making sure I have plenty of food for the road. Going to try cooked chicken breasts cut into strips wrapped in lettuce so I can eat and drive.

Really excited to see how hella/ katana works out.
 
Day 2

Seriously frustrating Monday at work today cold not wait to hit the gym

Serious tunnel vision in th gym tonight I was extremely focused on every lift

Today was legs. Starting to see some strength come back. I tore my quad a few years ago and ended up with a lot of scar tissue, so training lg is never my favorite thing to do but I hit it hard tonight and finished with my favorite leg exercise the running bands. High strength bands strapped to a belt n my waist o resistance sprints against hm at the n of a workout me you feel torched.

Tomorrow is on off day. Long road trip for work.

Day to on hella/katana feeling good. Did notice feeling pretty warm this afternoon while I was sitting at my desk working.

I have read katana can cause so e lethargy any fixes for this?
 
Day 3 rest day drove o Vermont for business today 500 miles round trip brought food and shakes with me to keep diet on track.

3rd day of hella katana had a bit of trouble sleeping last night and I don't know I'd it was the long drive but lethargy hit me like a brick could barely keep my eyes open.

Back in the gym tomorrow.

Thanks for the advice man will do. I live m stak when I'm not running anything buy I think running it during pct will help boost gains retention. I gotta admit I getting smacked with lethargy everyday for about and hour or do around thee pm.

Back to the gym today after yesterdays business trip 500 miles round trip was a long day, hit it really hard today with shoulders and tri's, 3 days into the cycle experienced an insane pump which was awesome.

question for anyone who has run katana and hella before,

in terms of being lethargic i get hit for about an hour or two in the afternoon i jsut noticed it yesterday, thought it was just my drive but it got me again today, anyone have anything they do to combat that,

i now know why everyone raves about hcgenerate, i started running it day one running it through entire cycle and pct, 3 days on holy shit, libido raging, i look at my fiance and get a hardon, i love it

Got in a great back workout today, and avery intense cardio session on the stair climber, man i hate that machine but love the way it burns, probably going to do and off day tomorow cardio saturday and back in sunday, its probably in my head, but i want to train every single day, i have to force myself to take the rest days
 
Good all around lift today hit up some body parts I felt weren't hit enough during the week. Week one of the cycle living wise went well I felt good. Tomorrow is off probable one cardio but off i have m monthly massage :)

Ordered my lean xtreme for pct and some Osta fom sarmssearch can't wait to see what Osta does everyone raves about it.

Today was an off day, training schedule got kinda screwed around this past week due to traveling so off days were weird, but i got all my lifting days in,

Tomorrow im hitting it hard on chest, putting a lot of focus into my upper chest region for some better development and trying to focus on wide grip press for some side pectoral developement, i have been lifting for eight years, started after i stopped wrestling,

pec deck machine (i know some hate it, but i feel it helps me get better contractions on center chest and is easier on my shoulder

i always finish a chest day with pushups, i do pushups every other day different variations

i will superset pushups in between sets of abs exercises to do a circuit always dripping by the end

finish the day off with some HIIT

didnt post yesterday,

did legs yesterday definetely a solid day,
today is an off day im feeling fried all over, i was feeling a bit lethargic this afternoon nothing a kick of mio couldnt handle.
got my lean extreme and my unleashed dual pack in yesterday waiting on my order of osta from ss.
going to be adding osta into my pct and run it for six weeks
 
Thanks bro looking back though I just think damn coulda just run a sweet test cycle to lean down and harden up and it would have been cheaper but my dietician fiancé hates gear and if she knew I was pinning it would be over. So I opted for orally I stead here and she just doesn't look twice

Week and a half in I. Slamming hiit hard to help lean but def more vascular and strength has been going up. Diet is very clean I'm waiting until week 3 when it suppose to really kick and I added osta to oct which should help finish any extra leaning I want at the end and maintain gains.

Awesome day at the gym today, it was shoulders and tris, i have to say im a week and a half into cycle, and i had some insane pumps today and i am def seeing a strength increase. except i got the most insane backpump ever today, im going to have to get some taurine this thing was painful as hell

today was an off day and the rest was definitely needed, tomorrow is chest and bis, week two on the hella katana cycle ended strong, im definitely starting to feel stronger my lifts have been increasing tomorrow starts week 3 and this is supposed to be the magic week im looking forward to it

side not, today was an off day but i did go to the gym for cardio and some body weight movements and flexibility movement, walked into the locker room, it was about 2 pm and my gym is mostly dead saturdays, walked in there to 4 dudes pinning up, if anyone is reading this log thoughts on pinning at the gym, i have nothing against aas use whatsoever, but i think pinning at the gym is a serious safety issue

Been a couple days since an update to the log,

week 3 started sunday i kicked off the week with a killer chest and bicep workout, pumps are insane, was having some back pumps last week, but they have not come back at all this week,
monday holiday i had a killer leg workout i can barely walk today.

started on the forma stanzol this week

so far this cycle has been treating me right, i need to hop on the scale next time im at the gym last time i was there the scale was broken..

Good things: Vascularity has been increasing, definite noticeable decrease in body fat my fiance def notices, strength has started to pound skyward and i feel awesome, recovery time is like zero now i wake up ready to go everyday

downs: lethargy is killing in the afternoons something fierce, night sweats from the katana are brutal i cant even sleep next to my fiance at night right now its so bad

biggest bummer, i ordered my osta from sarms search it has yet to come in customer support has not really been all that helpful, rick here is looking into it for me which i greatly appreciate,

orderd more osta from unique because i realized they have a lot higher dosage per ml

Had a great back workout today, but it took longer than usual im waiting for my taurine to come in and i had a wicked bad back pump during deads adn t bar rows, but i powered through,

My GEAR came in today!, im stoked i cannot wait to see how this works with the last 3 weeks of my cycle.

awesomeness that is happening, definitely noticing strength increases this week alone deads went up t bar went up bench went up and i had a huge gain in ohp.

my rats osta should be here tomorrow im pretty excited to use that during pct, and i got my raw protein bar mix in im going to be making those tomorrow it will be good to have some easily transportable food to take on the road during work.

So below im going to post some pics, the first one is week 2 the second was taken today, im kinda bloated in both considering i took them both at night after drinking all my water all day, i know there are places i seriously need work, but im seeing progress.
 
Woot my rats Ostia came in today the one ordered from uniquemicals. I guess my order with SMS got goofed somewhere so I will try them out next time.
 
Went tonight to the gym round out he week with body wight and some burnouts. Really beat it was a long week I'll add another pic next week.
 
Haven't posted in a few days and I'm dead tired tonight work has been hell but tr Ning and diet on point!

This is day two of week three and I'm seeing crazy strength I'll log lifts when I'm not so tired. All I know is I feel amazing df losing bf increasing strength like nuts

Ordered ntbm epistane for next cycle going o put it away but wanted to get it before its gone

Got my creatine nitrate in wanted to finish off my concrete first and my new Bcca power chews which are awesome.
 
Strength is blowing up today was chest and bi's this is week 5 I can't even begin o describe today put up 225 for 12 on ncline bench got up to 265 and it up to 275 in flat bench and was still able o hit the dumbells t 85lbs for incline and flat for reps it was nuts I feel a,axing details to come
