I know what you're thinking.... "Jogging properly? wtf?" but its a serious question, I know there is some sort of technique like how you breathe, etc. etc.
 
IMO jogging is anti-get big.....you might get an answer over on the training board...
 
For cardio and bodybuilding I'd stick with the stairmaster, bike, and incline walking.....
 
I speed walk and try to really hit my calves for about 10 minutes, then i sprint for 9 minutes, upping the speed on the treadmill by .05. I start at 7.0 then 7.5 and the last three minutes at 8.0

I do about a 5 minute cool down of walking. It keeps muscle on me and takes the fat off.
