hi everyone. this past weekend i had some heel pain. I really did think much of it. but it still kinda hurts. not all the time just some times and its just a sore pain nothing to bad. So the question is should i work out? if i do i would be doing squat, bench and dead lifts today. Also should i ice it or something? thx for your time.
