Heavy and intense cardio while on cycle...

..does anyone do it, im talking about uphill sprints and distance running 3 times a week pretty hardcore and light cardio 2 other times a week, and if so do you feel any different while your doing it like harder or easier to do, and is it even a healthy thing to do??? Just wondering because im about to start a 12 week test eq cycle with fina at the end for 5 weeks and I was wanting to do some serious cardio all the way through it.

P.S. I posted this same question of the cardio forum a week ago and no responses so I thought I would post here.

I heard its not bad for you. Not sure but I'm gonna find out because I do hella lot of cardio and part of it I can't let up due to the sport I do.

I'm sure its fine and probably good for you - thousands of olympic track guys/gals and other cardioand strength atheltes have done it before.

One of my best friends ran hurdles in college while using winny and deca periodically. I don't think it hurt him he had a bad hamstring and said the AAS helped out alot he would throw clen in there four weeks on four weeks off too said it helped his fast twitch.

I used to do sprint triathlons and could not train at all using Var and Fina on separate occassions. I could barely run a mile because of incredible calf pumps. On the bike, it would be lower back pumps that would kill.

AAS in general raises your BP, so I would be careful with "pretty hardcore". I would say I had to cut back to about 70% intensity.

If you are an athlete and cardio is needed, you should avoid something like Fina. Test/EQ will retain water and you will definitely notice your endurance suffering.

Yeah thats more like what im worried about I was wondering about health risks especially out in the summer heat. By the way what are "calf and lower back pumps" I have never heard of that untill I got on the board.

Yeah I feel great when I run, and I will just go like hell and see if I have any problems.

I hate running, but I do a lot of bike riding, and i like that a lot, helps out a lot with keeping me lean. I would think sprints is anerobic activity, not aerobic (cardio), so that is just like lifting weights. That can be dangerous if you are not hydrated and loose, if you are though, sprints are another great way to take advantage of a cycle. Good Luck
