Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below A friend of mine came to visit me, and he broughtsome supplements from a brand called Russian Bear, all blue packages.He used them, and seemed to be fine, wonder if I should do the same,or not. On one side, I got these supps for free, and he was takingthem. On the other hand, I don't like to use stuff I don't knowabout, and it has all the labels in Russian, so I don't understand.
Hear of these Russian supps?

These days everything is available in any country, so this factor should not be decisive - you should rather focus on the ingredient list. The better it is, the better the product, no matter the brand name.
I personally wouldn't put anything in my body unless I can read the ingredients list and see what's in it. Who knows? There could be an ingredient in the product that you are allergic to or might respond negatively to.
Myself personally - since the ingredient list is in Russian and you can't read it, I wouldn't use it. Give it away or throw it out.

Just read and post up the ingredients. There is no way to know what the product is.
