hmm i had heard something like this from my mother.
The one thing that i didnt see mentioned in that artical was mental health, overall happiness, etc. It was mainly focused on physical health.
it is pretty amazing though, with all the cold weather we get, how people are still stay healthy around here. i know i hate to exercise or do anything productive when its this cold out, lol.
