Headaches

Lately when I am working chest I have been getting horrible headaches. After I get done doing my last set, and sometimes in the middle of the set I get horrible headaches. I have no idea what is causing them. If anyone has had this happen to them and they have something that can make them stop let me know. Please help.

have your blood pressure taken lately? Are you on any meds or recreational drugs? how old are you?
