Hey guys so usually my workouts go well but yesterday I decided to try out a pre workout supplement and doing a heavy set on bench that last rep to failure I got a
Massive headache and it didn't go away during the whole workout And today I couldn't Even jerkoff because it was starting to come back so I stopped sorry to say it but wantto get tithe bottom of it. I'm going to not take the pre workout Anymore and want to know what I can do. Make it go away so I can get. Back into high intensity workouts

sounds to me like your blood pressure is a problem

get some support supps. N2guard would be where i would start

thats what i was thinking... also he said it happened while extra strain was being put on a very heavy set so i highly doubt it has anything to do with any pwo that was taken... do what steve said man... i think that will help...

Ok also after I get the head ache I know my breathing was right and I noticed when my head was not flat down on a surface it didn't come as easy but basically couldn't go to failure any more

Hey it could be what stevesmi and dylan said but I'll speak from my own experience and let you know. I tend to build up a tolerance fast to any pre-w supplements and so I sometimes do the stupid and really up my dosages. One time I decided to take 5-6 scoops of Jack3d (shitty pre-workout btw) and when I was on the chest press machine, I felt like I could "feel" my heart beat in my head. I tried to carry on with lighter weights but I was forced to go home and take off for a few weeks. For me, it was exertion headaches (google about it if you don't know). They can be caused from incorrect breathing, incorrect form, stress that increases with any physical activity or high intensity workouts, dehydration, lack of sleep, amongst other things. I took some aspirin and drank a lot of electrolytes and stayed away from any type of strenuous activities for like a week or two; not to mention dropping the shitty ass pre-workout! And I was golden after that. Now if you are on any gear or ph, then it could be other things possibly.

I hope this helps, good luck!

Or go to a doctor and see if you have strained something in your neck. I woke up one day with a headache on August 10th, 2010 and it never went away. I had mri's and scans and all that shit and nothing could be found brain related. I was put on meds which helped a bit but didn't fix the problem. Anyway to make a long story short, I went to a chiropractor and he found all the muscles in my neck(and there is a shitload) were seized and a C4 veterbrae was out of alignment. I have been seeing the guy for over a month now and slowly but surely the pain has subsided. Not going to shit on Steve and Dylan's advice but before you go spending cash maybe go see a chiropractor(make sure he doesn't crack) and see what he has to say.

I think they are exertion headaches because I have had this once before and it was when I was trying to do as many pushups as I coul and I didn't. Breathe properly , I'm goin to take a few days off I really dont want to because I am on cycle but I might have to / so I will get some aspirin and drink lots of water

jerking off is equal to a high intensity workout....so either you have weak workouts or you have ripped your dick off a few times....:worried:

Went to the doctor and it was infact an exertion headache doc said only way to get healed from it is to take time off but I dot really want to cuz km on cycle I guess I just can't go as hard but I will still be able to push myself enough to handle the pain , relieved it isn't BP
