Head Ache's

Darkos_Money

New member
Has anyone ever experianced head ache's from too high a dose of deca. This has been happening for a bout 2 weeks and i am in my third week. My origanal dose was 300ml x 2/wk so i reduced it down to 200ml x 2/Wk hopoe this work. Running with 600 Ml Test enth/wk letro on hand

I tyhought that it might have been diet (lack of Carbs) but bumped those up drastically nothing changed. Tons of water intake so its not that. well see aboput the blood presure

It's likely an increase in blood pressure, not a drop. AAS can raise red blood cell counts which in turn raises blood pressure. Have your BP checked and maybe some blood work to see your RBC.

I figured out what was causing my pounding headaches a few years ago... I had a few bad head injuries and thought maybe that was the cause, I also thought could it be the gear??? Until an OLD family doctor asked me a few quick question... Do you work out?(duh) How much water do you drink?(umm?) He said 90% of headaches were from low level Dehydration? He also said do you ever feel thirsty? I said "yep" he said "Dehydration, try drinking some more water and see if you still get the headaches" long story short I dont get headaches any more.

How much water do you drink per day?

Good info on topic...
http://nutrition.about.com/od/hydrationwater/a/Water_headaches.htm

I get them while I'm "on" no matter how much water I drink. My doctor, who knows of my use, told me it was a 'vascular headache.' I've been prescriped Topamax 50mg, which I take twice a day; never had a headache since.

First i believe i drink enough water probably around 10 x 500ml water bottles a day. So i dont believe it would be that and after each meal 6 - 8 daily i drink 2 x 1 cup (250ml) of water using a measuring cup.

So i spoke to a doctor and explained to him abotu the pains in the back of my neck leading to the top of my head producing headaches. He said it was probably that my blood presure could be a little high and to go to the clinic and get this checked. He said its probably STRESS and Sleeping in bad posture. which i believe that stress could be from a promotion at work more responisbility baby on the way and planning a wedding that just happened a few weeks ago coulod all be contributing factors plus i let my conditioning and training go in the months leading up to sept 1st. Thx for all the info and i will keep my fingers crossed for when i get my blood work done.

ON a seperate note does anyone else hate getting blood work done really dont like needle's unless it gear. WEIRD HUH!!!

If you don't like needles, I have some advice about not screwing up your joints. Take good care of them. I have bad shoulders (left shoulder the worst of all) and knees. I have to go in to the orthopedic doc. 4 times a year to have fluid removed from my left shoulder, and then cortizone and lidocane? injected in. There's nothing needle wise as intimidating as seeing that 18 ga. needle (looks like a Mcdonalds straw with tip angle cut) and friggen test tube sized syringe going into the top of your shoulder joint. Then after that pain, you actually don't mind the 20 ga. needle cortizone shot with an equally large syringe that seem to take for ever to empty as he moves the fuken thing in a bit of a circle..

Needles.. Man, until you get shots like that, or donate plasma, those are needles.. Or I guess the proper term is "cannons"..

Good luck on your blood work and headaches.. I still get them from D.ball, but I have noticed a drop in itensity after more food and water intake..

Good! I honestly hope you never have to either. I'm used to it, but it still isn't pleasant by any stretch of the imagination. That's what happens when you are young (like I was once) and think you're indestructable. I find now later in life, it wasn't true. Live and learn...

Stay smart and healthy bro!

boss make sure your not taking ibuprofen and that lot to get rid of the headaches otherwise your gonna end up like tom prince and don long, just drink herbal teas and try and supplement yourself naturally as possible, your health in the long run is way more important than this bullshit

Nope, sure doesn't sound like much fun.. Maybe we'll be saving some bros from 'physically' screwing up their bodies with dumb lifting mistakes? Like we say, gear needles are a walk in the park compared to this other pain maintenence crap we have to go through..

For sure bro..

Most all of you should heed our words.. Headaches are bad, pulled or strained muscles suck, but you will recover from them (typically anyway) but if you screw up your back or other major joints and you'll have a lifetime of misery and Big Ass Needles.. Whether on or off gear, you keep good lifting form and technique always. Be focused and don't try to impress yourself or others with some ridiculous weight you can't handle safely. Plus if you are on gear, warm up properly and lift heavy, but also lift safe and within your joint and frame limits.. I'm not just blowing smoke here.. you fuk up and you'll reget it forever.

Should be common sense, but duh, I didn't listen or didn't know any better back then.. Hind sight is always 20/20..

Shit man, no wonder your stressed with all that going on in your life!

Blood work is easy. You don't feel hardly anything if you get a good nurse.

YES. I am experiencing this for the first time ever and I have done 4 cycles. Weird since my diet and cardio are better than in previous cycles.

Any chance your Deca is Balkan? Since the only supposed pharma grade I've done was Organon on my first cycle (plus I was only doing 250mg/wk sust and 200mg/wk deca), I suspect it may be just really good gear doing what it's supposed to.

No it is synergy labs i went to the dr and he said its the mucles in the back of my neck are probably very tight so he advised me to relax and get rid of what ever stress is bothering you and go to see a massage therapist, chiro or physio to get the musles to relax.

My pain feels like vines growing tighter around the back of my neck and reaching to the top of my head and causeing a headache right on the top of my skull. SUCKS

I get them usually periodically and they stay through out the day.....
