HCGenerate is supposed to be taken morning and night with meals. How should someone who is doing Intermittent Fasting with a 16 hour fasting window handle that? Is it better to take the first dose on an empty stomach when you wake up and are still fasting or take the first does with first meal when you break the fast and second with last meal before starting next fast?
