There is alot of conflicting information out there about hcg. I am doing 500mgs of sust250 for 8 weeks. Is there anyway I can get away without using it? If not how should I use it. I have read alot of threads and looked on alot of different sites and there doesnt seem to decide exactly how to use it. I have been training for about five years and I am about 6' and 215 fairly lean and this is my first cycle. Thanx
 
when your nuts turn into peanuts you'll know its time for HCG. Pretty simple to use once you mix it bro. Definitely get your hands on some for PCT if you want to keep your gains.

Exactly! One of the big mistakes newbies make when on their first cycle. I certainly did.

yep, i didnt do ANY PCT, lost everthing and got depressed as fuck...HCG, Nolva, and ZMA everytime these days

HCG 1000ius EOD (10 Days)
Nolva 40mgs for 2 weeks. 20mgs for 2-3 weeks (if you are going for proper PCT)
Trib. 3000mgs ED for however long u want.
 
Begin this cycle the week after last AAS intake.
Weeks one thru three: 1,000U HCG, IM, Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 20mg Nolvadex daily. [50mg clomid daily is added to the cycle if the athlete is coming off a prolonged (12 week+), 600mg+total, weekly AAS dosing (heavy)].

Weeks four thru six: 20mg Nolvadex daily. (50mg Clomid daily if you used it the first three weeks)

Weeks seven, eight: clean. Use this time to evaluate your previous AAS cycle and your recovery. Begin planning your next AAS cycle.
