HCG problems..swelling, lumps,itching

Im on week 2 of my PCT. doing 1500ius of HCG, 3x a week. After my last sub-cutanious injection using 29g slin pins, been 3 days now, large red lump at site, some swelling around the area, and it really itches...whats wrong? I dont want to take any more HCG until I find out whats going on...oh and Im using Gonocor HCG from mexico...Help me out guys..

I get the same side effects every once in a while. I still have a dark patch of skin from my last PCT next to my navel...and that was months ago.
