Hcg monotherapy results

Hi Folks - I started HCG monotherapy about 9-10 weeks ago. Hrt doctor has me on 1cc per week, which I split into two doses per week (Sunday and Wed).

For the first four weeks I felt pretty good emotionally...had more energy and was generally in a much better mood in general.

The second month I got some labs done to see where I was and my test went up just over 1,000 which was good but I was starting to feel some itchiness and sensitivity around the nipples/chest area. Sure enough labs showed my estridol went from a baseline of 25 to 58. So, the doctor put me on anastrozle, 1/4 tablet twice a week. This seems to have helped being estridol down to 27 (most recent labs) and itchiness has gone away for the most part.

However, I've noticed I'm not feeling as good as I did the first four weeks of Hcg treatment. The doctor said this can be common as you can initially feel a "surge" when you first start, but then it slowly fades away.

I'm going to give it another 4-5 weeks and see if this persists, but for those on exogenous test, is the same thing common? Or those that have done HCG mono, did you experience the same patter I seem to be experiencing?

Latest labs (this week) show the following:

Total Test: 1002
Estroidal: 27
SHBG: 58

Im curious, how much HCG per week and whats the dosing schedule?

Personally my trt consists of both test and hcg.

As for how your feel, im a firm believer low test is a symptom and not THE problem (for most) so just increasing someones test levels usually doesnt solve most middle aged mens problems.

There are a ton of nutritional aspects that play into proper test production, mood, libido, mental clarity, ability to concentrate, confidence etc etc.

For me going on TRT helped a lot with motivation and my ability to focus and concentrate but there was still a lot of room for improvement. It wasnt until I addessed my nutritional shortcommings with simple (but the correct form and dosage) that things really turned around for me and now I feel better than I have in 15+ years.

He has me on 1ml per week, which I split into two 1/2ml doses on Sunday and Wednesdays. He has me taking the AI 24 hours after HCG dose, so Monday and Thursday for the AI.

Maybe its just me but I dont see a clearly defined question. What exactly are you looking for?

Anytime you improve health you will feel an initial improvement that will seem to fade but more realistically your just acclimating to the changes.

Im a firm believer low test is simply a symptom of a larger problem so going on TRT doesnt really address the problem, just one of the symptoms.
