HCG Mixing Questions

I have a small bottle of HCG that I am going to be taking but need advice on how to mix it. My dosage is 500ius twice a week. The HCG is 5000ius, so if I mix it with 10ML of BAC water I would take 1ML injections. Correct?

My next question is the vial the HCG is in is about 3ML (see picture) and I do no have access to a new 10ML amp. What other options do I have? Mix it in the 3ML amp and shoot 0.33ML?
