HCG for diet

Whats the word on HCG being used alone as a diet?

Someone was telling me 20 days and only eating 500 calories?? My bro is thinking of doing it and just wanted to get some info..

my aunt did it for 40 days, and lost 40 pounds. shes also a 50 year old women who doesn't work out. i guess its good for older ppl like that, but for a man ull prolly lose any muscle or strength as well as fat and water.
