Discovery Channel and Learning Channel here... although Discovery has gotten kinda' lame lately with Monster House and a damn chopper show every time you turn around.
Seeing as how this thread went off track, I'll go ahead, and keep with the training questions. High, just curious, you made incredible progress from when you first came to the boards. What programs did you follow during this time? AS is great and all, but I know you were busting your ass big time for those gains.

well, I did make it to 195 natty but after a bad breakup I droped 20 pounds. This is when I first came to the boards. I was a PT before this so my training knowledge was good.
The best point of training I have ever had was last summer, this oct. and this spring. I love Doggcraps routine, I think it is the best out there for making quick gains in 6 weeks. Last year and Summer I did a ton of deadlifting and weighted chins, this really brought my back to a new level.
Heavy dumbell work with my chest this year brought up my biggest def. And shrugs at 400 plus plus farmers walks with 130 dbs has given me a killer set of traps.
My training usally follows high intensity (what a shock) with little to no rest in between sets. Intensity is always the key for extream cuts. Cleaning up my diet helped a ton this spring as well. Also never forget compound movments as they are the key to mass always.
Unfortanly I overdid the gear in my first year of juicing, and am now faced with some health problems. I wish I had thought it out more.
