Hazelnuts good for anything?

I'm so addicted to hazelnuts, but i don't even know what i'm eating.
I know they are good for you, but in what way?

They are pretty rich in omega 3 and 6, EFA's....so not bad, just make sure you count those calories

Where do you live? Hazelnuts are more popular in Europe. But they taste great. Here is a delicasy for you: Lindt milk chocolate with Hazelnuts.

hazelnut spread is soooo good...like a mix between nutella and peanut butter, but much better nutritionally...hmmm

and they tastes pretty good
