I stretch before and after each workout no matter what it is. As far as what type of stretching, I just make sure I stretch my entire body out. Shit like seated hamstring stretches and standing, scapula divison, scapula contraction, adductors, abductors, tri's, bi's, etc etc basically I just make sure everything is stretched out. I really focus on my lower back and entire leg area.
I feel I am being set up for something but I can actually do a full split in front and back, I can touch the floor flat with elbows bent a bit standing up, I am a flexible genetic prototype. peace

did you know i give myself a pedicure one a week? i alway scrub them with a stone and some walnut foot scrub...my hoofs be nice and smooth niiiigggggaaa.
That's why my man company this past weekend was trying to massage them and shit....damn he even kissed my feet......why? if they was that nasty, he wouldnt have went there......
