Is taking just cycle support while on havoc sufficient? Can amp02 be taken with it and what is the best pct? I have searched for a few hours and I have not been able to find a general consensus.

Amp02 gave me some crazy back pumps in the gym when on Havoc save it for during PCT. I took Lipoflame preworkout instead with no problems. Cycle Support or Liverator is fine. Make sure you are slammin the water back. I was drinking at least 2 gallons a day. For PCT use Primordial Performance's Recovery Stack and POST CYCLE and UNLEASHED which can be bought from here by clicking on the Myogenix banner.
