OK, 6'0'' 220lbs. 16% BF.
I lift 4 times a week and run 3 times per week and I can't seem to get my BF any lower. I eat good with very little fat, and foods high in protein. What kind of cycle should I take to get stronger and burn fat? And what kind of fat burners do you reccommend taking? I've tried Xenadrine, with not very good results. I've been reading on here and it seems like I should maybe try Winstrol? or something like t3? I don't know for sure, so that's why I'm asking to make sure. Help me out please.
