I have watched the first 4 series, I still have 10 to go. But it is fucking great. action packed, great cinematography, color, feel, acting, soundtrack.

Its like saving private ryan times 3 minus the boring parts.

this is a must see for war film fans, even though its almost 12 hours long.

Yes, I have finished disk two - episode 4 now - I think it is amazing.

Especially the part about how the chicken shit soldier finally made his first kill and took the flower off that the enemy's jacket. Only to be mortally wounded while wearing it.

I also liked where the tank shot right over the two guys that were trying to blow it up, totally missing them, but coming insanly close. that movie makes me so nervous, it gives me butterflys in mah tummy.

I love saving private ryan, I have seen it a billion times, but alas it has some slow parts, this on the other hand does not.

I saw Private Ryan five times while it was still in theaters, but I've never seen "Band of Brothers". I'm going to have to remedy this pretty soon.
