Gotten up super early, gotten your gym clothes on, taken 3 cardio breeze, packed a gym bag, and then sat on your ass?

When was the last time YOU slacked off on your workouts? Be honest now.
 
I never train mornings, because my gym opens at 9:00 am. I used to train mornings on weekends.

I make my mind early in the process, if I say I'm going, I'm going, no matter what. When I decide I'm not going is normally so early in the process, I might be still driving home, so nope, never been dressed to go and not gone.

I either go at 5am, or 4pm, but I've gotten up, gotten dressed, made coffee, gone to the car, and just sat there, gone back inside and back to sleep.

lol. i dont feel too guilty about not going this morning. in the grand scheme of things it wont matter as long as I dont let it affect(effect lol) my motivation for future workouts.
 
last 2-3 weeks. traveled a lot and just fell into a mini-lull. back on track now though.

but, I have started the somewhat disturbing habit of masturbating as soon as I get home from the gym in the morning. which sucks cause it adds anywhere from 30 seconds to 15 minutes to my morning ritual, depending on how much foreplay I demand of myself.

lol Ive totally been late to work or wherever due to the same reason. oh well, it feels good.

well, if i do slack, i go later anyway, but i'm worried that slacking will become such a habit that eventually I won't even bother setting the alarm at night, cause i know I'm not gonna get up anyway.
Its a difficult thing to get out that early in the morning in winter.

yes. it is hard! but, it's also a nice challenge as well,. the thing I like about it, is that Im the only one on the road at 4:45am so i really truly feel like it's ME time.
