Verbally, sure. There is an art to getting your point made while tactfully inserting your jibes while not directly insulting the boss. I've become quite good at it and have never been written up. It made progress also.

It was when I was working at the gym,they already cut my hours down to some shit like 10hrs a week,the rest of the cleaning staff was lazy bitches who didnt do shit and I was pissed they got more hours,and I was maintenancing the equipment with this grease shit and She came out yelling about some shit and how I was slow and a no good employee(right infront of alot of members I know) I smiled and said see what I am doing? Its fucking work you should try it sometime, she started yelling about my language and I said fine I quit see how clean your shit club is now. That fucking place is still dirty as hell.
