Have any of you tried ZMass or Trib?

Have they worked for you and are they safe for women?
I'm pretty sure the ZMass is, but I'm not sure about the Tribex500!! Any side effects from these?

Tried the Zmas do not think it helped with sleep, I used the bottle up and did not buy it again. Never tried Treb.

I read that the main results of women taking trib would be an increase in FSH and estradiol. Anybody else heard that also? If so i can't see that it would be worth the money...

I doubt that either will have much of an effect. Actually, if you are deficient in Zink or Magnesium the ZMA may help. BTW, the TwinLab ZMA is cheeep at WalMart in S.Fla.... (Hope that Source Post won't get me the boot)

Everything I've read about Tribulus Terrestris says there isn't enough of the correct saponins to actually be worth it. I have tried Tribestan - really I all I did was get zits. A male friend swears by it tho - says he can feel the testosterone flow!

Probably not much help there...but thought I'd toss that in.
