Well, I'm not familiar with the cee, but NO XPlode is a pre-workout tool for most people. Take 2-3 scoops 20-30 mins before your workout. My experience with it was it worked very well for about a week, then tapered off. You'll notice the focus and energy, and will be able to perform a little better in the gym...but if you want to keep it going you may need to up the dosage when it starts to taper.
