Has someone ever actually died from steroide use??

So far, I only see one as having been stated to have died from aas use. Most likely though it was extreme dehydration. Lasix was big back then. Paul Dillet almost met the same fate. If I remember, the cause of death for Munzer was never definitively stated. I could be wrong though.

absolutely, makes it hard to say though, because heart disease and strokes are common ways of dying. Lower your HDL to near zero for 15-20 years straight and elevate your BP for the same time and you have a 35-50 year old bodybuilder with the insides of a 70-85 year old.

I agree, from what I read and know, I think HDL, BP, Liver and kidney is the most common health problems caused by long term steroid use/abuse..

If you ask our govt, they will most likely say there's a pile of bodies somewhere....but I've yet to see it.
My personal opinion is test replacement or use in moderation is just like a woman's need for hormone replacement. Why we demonize the hormone that makes a man a man is beyond me-

I think the actual ingredient wouldn't have the ability to kill, but maybe the method of administering...say a moron shot an air bubble into a vein. something stupid like that. No, testosterone does not kill.

When my husband got congestive heart failure, and then a heart transplant, the cardiologists and transplant team all said it was not from his fairly heavy steroid use, and it was probably from a virus. We debated about whether they were just saying that to make him feel better, but I don't think they would lie about that. They did try to discourage him from further use though.
However. there are some medical research studies done about how testosterone can actually be really beneficial for (male) patients with heart failure. We were considering that route if he hadn't had to have the heart transplant.

no one knows whats a normal range for testosterone.. its too individually based. if you are too low or too high you will have problems either way.

high testosterone will raise your bp, I don't think anyone can debate that fact. high bp overtime will wear down your heart. but lets remember the OP did not say testosterone, he said steroid. I guarantee you if you run tren for long periods of time it will bite you in the ass eventually. there is no way it cannot screw up your liver.. i've been on for 2 weeks and wake up every morning de-hydrated, sweaty and with yellow pee. cant imagine someone running it for 2 months or 2 years and not seriously screwing themselves up
