Its great! The bigger the better...
From a guy's point of view:
- Silicon can get hard as a rock. It took 20 years, but Ms B's right is like a hard ball.
- Saline feels very tight and full to the touch. (Ms S) Silicon feels more natural in the beginning.
- The look is important. Make the Dr show you lots of befores and afters.
- Big is best IF the skin is not stretched. This applies to the nipple too.
- She (you) will be very pleased with the effect on clothes and the body S shape.
