I have used it many times, always stacked with their MEP product. Noticed strength increases right away, and in 2 weeks enormous strength gains and started noticing gains in size. I cycle them like any other gear, except with gear you usually know what you are taking. Zoe likes to keep most of their ingredients proprietary. For these reasons when my stash is gone I will just cycle gear.
