Has anyone ever stopped jucing?

Has anybody here ever decided to quit juicing for good? I just finished my first cycle a couple of months ago and now it seems like I'll never be able to stop. Even tho, I had a pretty horrible experience at the end of my cycle I got more gear for my next one on the way. It just seems like working out without gear will never be as good as it was before I started and I will always consider doing more juice. Damn, this shit is addicting!!!! I'm kind of worried.

I remember the first cycle I did I put on about 15lbs... before I did the cycle I was like "only one... just to build up"... now... about 5-6 cycles later... ;)

That's why I'm still natural. I'm scared of how I might get addicted to it, because I know that I have an addictive personality. I know I'll be using eventually, but by then I'll have a good base and I won't rely on the drugs completely.

I haven't quit for good I just wanted to get back natural for a while. I haven't juiced in a little over a year and my last cycle was 400mg of deca 500mg of test and 30mg of dbol BUT after this cycle I had gyno and had surgery and just wanted chill for a while it weighs on you physcologically but you gotta be strong. My next cycle will be a 1500mg of Sustanon for 16 weeks 400mg of deca and 60-75 mg of dbol. I'm not fuckin around anymore I'm trying to go somewhere here!

I haven't used on a regular basis since 1995 before that I would do 2-3 cycles per year of 4-8 weeks (not a long cycle fan).

I used 200mg of deca over 4 weeks in 1996 to heal a joint injury (magic shit).

I also used around 70 5mg dbol pills in mid 1997 then stopped as I was getting too big and bloated and didn't like the way I felt on it.

Since then nothing, but I must say that the more time I spend on boards like this the more tempting it is - a bit hard to control.

Just some info:

-there is something about planning a cycle that gets it on your mind and keeps it there. i.e. planning dosage and drug patterns

-bad workouts tend to increase your desire to use again

-searching for that quick 'out of shape' fix makes you think about it more

I would agree that there is little physical addiction to anabolics but the mental addiction is definitely present.

Everyone here started on the "just 1 cycle" idea. Many have told themselves they wouldn't use again and failed. Do not fool yourself into thinking that it isn't addictive. Almost everyone here that's used for any length of time would agree with me.

I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING IN A COUPLE OF YEARS. DID IT ON PURPOSE JUST TO SEE IF I COULD. LIKE IT SO FAR, BUT GEARING UP AGAIN, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN:D

addictive

Juice is very addictive. It is very psychologically addictive and somewhat physically addictive. Just because you are not holding your guts and puking like a heroine adict doesn't mean there isn't a physical addiction. Normal being just isn't satisfactory afterwards. You get pumped and hot and it's just great to be alive, and after you are off, like your nuts just don't cut it anymore. Not enough T! I am hooked and I don't like it sometimes because of the health risks, and everyone in my family has died from heart failure so I must be a moron, but I love it. I love working out, lifting huge weights (for me), exerting the energy, feeling the intensity. All that is totally addictive. Oh well, what the fuck is life for anyway? We are all going to die one way or another. I would rather burn out than fade away. Really.

I take that attitude toward many things in my life (money, relationships, hobbies) and I'm not sure it is such a bad thing. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't be smart and do things the right way, but why spend life on the sidelines wondering?

I stop about every 8 weeks after I start. But that only last about 8 weeks. I ponder the same question. Hell I rolled out of the hospital after 2 weeks in a coma and started looking at what I had to use, started after amonth. I graduate in 2 months and will be in a professional environment. Still don't think I will stop. It was only a couple of cycles to gain some size.

I quit totally for 3 years after about 4 years of using. As priorities change in your life some things have to go. I started traning again 3 years ago. I started at 245 20+% bf and went to 225and about 16% bf in about three months. I was amazed at how that whole muscle memory thing works. I had to start at a health club where no one knew me, I was to embarresed at what my physique had went from and there is no way I could have went back to my home gym looking like that. Even though the reason I quit was to better my career. When I came back I trained natural for about a year saying I will stay clean. I then saw all my old buddies and got the itch. So got on elite and researched all the new ways and started using again. I think there is no phsical addiction to AS but most definitley a psycological one. Until you can come to grips with the ups and downs of cycling you will never stop and probably use year round to avoid them and endanger your health, this maybe acceptable for a competing athlete but does not seem logical for anyone else. The point being that after 3 years of no drugs and training I came back and was almost back to where I left off in a very short time. I think with the new ancilaries ie clomid, armidex that keep the water down lessen the ups and downs. It always sucked gaining 20 lbs with 10 being water and then coming off and watching yourself shrink and strength down the toilet. If you do not know how it is to have that extra ten pounds of water then you will be happier with the 10 or so solid pounds you will get with the anti E's and won't have to watch yourself shrink as much.

I'm only doing 3 cycles. 2nd one will be feburary and 3rd one will be summer 2002. Once I hit my goal for 180lbs thats it!...

Current weight 157.

You didn't read what people wrote above did you?

It takes impressive dicipline to keep that promise to yourself. Remember this when you are beginning to talk to yourself again after your 3rd cycle. And you will literally "talk to yourself" and your mind will try to convince you of all kinds of reasons that things are different now.

Different goals - oh, just a little leaner or harder - summer's comming - a few more pounds - just need to get back in shape - if I could only bench or squat xyz.

I wish you the best but you have been warned. I hope that pointing this out to you now prepares you for the conflict later and you are successful. Many are not - I know I wasn't the first 5 or 6 times I decided I wasn't going to use anymore. I wonder how you got to a 3 cycle limit - I bet you started with 1 didn't you?

keith, as long as you want to keep getting bigger and stronger, you will always have the thought of juice in your head. most people never seee themselves as big enough, so quitting the juice is just not an option. just dont do it so often that you get forced off of it. thats no way to quit.

You don't get addicted to AS, but to the results. Its the same with anything in life. If you have a good sexual experience you try to repeat it. If something brings you financial rewards you try to recreate it. If you have a really good holiday somewhere you go back.

I have a goal of 90kgs of lean mass as my final cut off point. However I know that I will have to use AS for the rest of my life to maintain this level.

I will probably do a cycle of primobolan every 18 months until the day I die. I am not worried about this though. I feel this is a safe drug, i'll only be on it for a few weeks out of 18 months anyway, and it will also bring benefits to an aging body - i.e. stronger bones.

You WILL get addicted to the results. The best advice I can offer is to use the AS as safely as you can and make sure you research how to avoid side-effects.

p.s. by learning about avoiding side-effects and the nutrition I need to grow on AS I have learned heaps of things about healthy eating, etc. My heath will probably be a lot better for me using AS that it would otherwise because then I wouldn't have been motivated to learn all the wonderful healthy things I have :)
