Has anyone ever had any problems with Proteinfactory.com?

I placed an order on their website last wednesday for 5lbs of egg white proteins and 5lbs of dextrose.

On friday I get a email saying that there was a problem with the payment option I chose because UPS will not do COD in Canada. The person tells me that I have two options, either send my credit card info by email or re-order. I send my info thinking it would hasten the process so I do it and now I haven't heard anything from their customer rep, no feedback or email confirming that they got my info.

I send another email yesterday morning asking the customer rep if he got everything he needed to process my order...still nothing today. On their order status webpage, my order is still pending, it's been 7 days since I ordered (5 to be fair /w weekend) and their website claims all orders are processed within 3-5 days.

Frankly, Im more pissed about the lack of feedback than from the wait. How hard is it to write an email and just say: "we got your cc info and order will be processed". They had two working days since the week-end and nothing has happened.

I don't dabble with e-commerce often, is this sort of thing to be expected? How long should I wait before sending them another email?
 
I love their products but they could do a better job about with their customer service. When my orders take too long I give them a call, the number is on their site.
 
products are good, service sucks. You gotta just keep emailing and get it sorted out.
 
Any doubts... I call the 800 number and order directly.
