It could be that there's no lockers available for the parcel (also its definately bigger than your PO BOX) or its too long/wide for the parcel lockers.
It happens-as long as you arent asked to sign you are fine.

This is no big deal at all. One of my first orders, which wasn't contraband, so to say, but still questionable, I had that same slip. I had to sign for it to, and I did. It was nothing. Just like the guy above me said, it probably wouldn't fit into the box.
