I would like to be around 9 I just had surgery and I am not aloud to train right now. But before the surgery I was doing a building cycle and put on a bit... So as soon as I get the clearance I will start cutting... I have been down to 10 with the guidance of my trainer etc... But was pretty unbearable... I was waiting for the chief’s post about food to get some other options on how to prepare the food so it isn’t so boring and bland.. But I am always looking for new techniques and would love it if I didn’t need the assistance of any supplements… My last cutting cycle I used ephedra and after I stopped taking it I couldn’t get out of bed for almost a week… I had (I guess) been running on it and my body hit a wall when I came off of it.
