Lawyers who take on these types of cases should have to front the money, and if they don't win, it all comes out of thier pockets. Or shot. Either way, maybe there will be less completely frivolous lawsuits out there.

i saw a show once which showed border patrol chasing a truck with like 20 illegal immigrants in the back... the truck crashed and the people started running... the cops tried hitting the peeps with batons to stop them... the immigrants ended up with some bruises and sued for a couple Million and won.

There have been some amazing lawsuits in our time. Here's one, although I haven't verified that it's true, it did come to me in an email last year. A man buys an RV, takes it out on the highway, sets it on cruise control, then leaves the wheel and goes in the back to make coffee. Of course, he crashes. Of course, he sues Winnebago for not explicitly stating in the owner's manual that one cannot leave the steering wheel while cruising down the highway. Of course, he wins $1,750,000 and a new RV. Winnebago decides to update their owner's manual to protect themselves against future dumbfucks.

I can't believe that guy actually lived long enough to get a drivers license. People are so fucking dumb these days!

Just saw another lawsuit on the news that is being pursued. A man is suing a casino because the casino didn't stop him from gambling. He lost $175,000.

What the fuck are these lawyers thinking about when they decide to take these cases?
