I saw a footage 8 years ago on an electrical chair execution, I just cant remember the name but this was something like the "Faces of death" serie, you see the execution, pretty messy and disgusting.... I'll do a research on the web maybe I'll find that shit again.....

I don't think that any modern executions have been filmed. Recall that a couple of lawyers in PA wanted to film McVeigh's execution to demonstrate for the U.S. Supreme Court that the death penalty was cruel and unusual punishment under the Eighth Amendment. If there was already footage, I figure that they would have used that.
