Harsher penalties for illegal AAS usage?

Is this something that is really going to take?

I have heard somewhere along the grape vine, that something had passed, almost did, or even may have actually.... Something to the extent of "If cought with illegal AAS on, or so (x amount) that far from a sports area" you get double screwed. I would appreciate anyone who is in the know to respond back....


Is this the kind of bullshit we have to look forward to? I mean, what the hell is all this negative the focus all of a suden, an AAS, and why so much interest now? This is such a waste of taxdollars. I am really surprised even , Joe & Jane Taxpayer have not complained or said something already, with all the things we need nowadays that the President, and government need to imporove first. (ie: economy, jobs, IRAQ!)





What's this I hear too about US GOVERNMENT making going/ ordering from US to Canade for getting meds more of a hard time, for us now?!!. WTF!!!!????

Don't you recall that in his last State of the Union address, the Preznit expressed his outrage about the use of anabolic steroids -- while failing to make any explanation about the missing WMD he chatted up constantly during the previous year? I haven't heard the specific rumor you mention but it's certainly congruent with an administration that literally has subsumed the "war on drugs" under the "war on terrorism" so it can use the provisions of the PATRIOT Act in drug cases. (The week of the State of Union address, the NY Times Magazine cover story was on use of AAS in sports, by the way.)

Remember too that it was during his father's administration that AAS use became so criminal.

Finally, yes, John Aschcroft's boys are busting geriatrics at the Candian border, quite literally. The supreme irony is that the FDA commissioner himself said it would only cost $58 million to put in place a system to insure that imported drugs are safe. About the same time, it also announced that the Preznit had authorized $80 million to continue production of phony TV news shows and other media to promote his rip-off Medicare prescription plan (the one that does not allow the government to negotiate discount prices for volume purchases from the drug companies).
