Hard question to help me with but. . .

I posted this on the training section, but i feel there are sooo many more veterans on here with tons of knowledge, that if anyone can help me you guys can.

I hardly seen ANYONE with lower abs developed like their upper. Its so hard to really place a lot of stress on them without bringing the hip flexors into it. Does ANYONE on here have decent lower abs that can give some tips or secrets on how to grow your lower 2 abs?
 
Rectus Abdominis - these are what most consider their "abs". It is one muscle, you cannot work one part of it and not another. There is untold amounts of gym myth on how you can, but scientifically you can't. There are no "lower" abs or "upper" abs, there are only abs.

That is your answer.
 
If thats true how come most people have larger "upper" abs? People also say that you cant develope peak becuase thats genetic. Im gonna stuff that rumor when i post my before and after pics of a front double bi.
