the Deca 200 and test 200 fucking kill. I have to sit all jacked all the time cause the upper glutes are so sore I can not sit normal. It fucking kills to do seated rows. Last night was my back workout. I am sure I looked like an old man getting up and down before and after seated rows. Hell one of the trainers I know asked me if I hurt my back. I just laughed said no. He probably wondered what the hell was wrong with me.
