Hands falling asleep while on cycle ?

Mabye your sleeping on your arm the wrong way. I know when i sleep on my arm wrong my whole arm will fall asleep when i wake up i can hardly even feel it or move it and it tends to scare the fuck out of you first thing in the morning. Im not even on cycle. So mabye you could be just sleeping on it wrong.

im gettin this or something similar to this and im using gh .. like pins and needle feelings in my hands

All AAS that tend to cause water retention have this effect on those predisposed to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome bc the carpal sheath is tight and there is just barely enough room for the tendons and nerves that pass through it. Water retention takes up extra room in the canal, things become too tight and the nerve in the canal becomes constricted or "pinched" cahsing your hands to fall asleep.

Yep. I had this even before cycling. Your natural tendency is to curl your wrists in (like a claw) when you are sleeping. You can get these wrist guards to wear at night that really help. Do that and drink a ton of water. I bet that helps.

happens to me when i'm lifting heavy, arms and hands fall asleep, esp at night, i wake up and whole arm is numb and i can't even hold it up. hehe

okay, i have to ask the obvious--how do you know they are asleep--when you are sleeping...it's not one of those hand puppet things....is it? :)

im just on 500 mg Test E per week and did a 4 week d-bol kickstart at 30 mg ED..
its the dbol bro, it happens to me every time i run dbol. even when i dont sleep on it my arm will go numb when i sleep. ive heard its very common and is just because of the extra water your holding. its nothing to be worried about though.

Get a memory foam matress topper it will allow blood to flow , make shore it was made for this there are dif ones on the market i got one its great .

Yep, drives me nuts. mine fall assleep just holding a book for to long. running tren/sus/dianabol !

I've had that happen on cycle. I have no evidence to back this up but I just always assumed the rest of my body wasn't quite caught up to the new muscle mass and I wasn't always getting proper blood-flow. Doing more cardio seemed to help and is always a good idea.

i hear that--messing around in a different place the other day when i was sort of on my toes with calves cramping--and then i realized i am one sick bastard when i thought--hey, as long as i am on, i can take the cramps--i may be growing my calves and strated to doing calf raises :)

I had this problem with my last cycle
sust/deca/dbol
My buddy and I were on the same cycle he didn't notice any of this.
I read a post somewhere saying it was because of all the new mass you gain, your body isn't use to it yet and your nerves aren't ajusted. If I can find the post I'll post the link
