Hamstring Injury

Frustrated

New member
I am a 19 year old athlete. I love sports but about two years ago I pulled my hammy. It's been one pull after another ever since. I been to orhopedic Dr's and have done all they have suggested. I stretch, and do all the things to losen up. I'm about 5"10 165lb. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what type of steriod may help me, if any. I just want to get my legs stronger so this nagging injury will allow me to do what it is I love, play sports.

Can anyone help?

Thank You

No, there are things that can help with repair. In my case, and with many others as well, my muscles grew faster than what my ligaments and tendons could handle. And it doesn't help that I'm getting old :(

Jesus Christ people, steroids are not miracle drugs. They won't fix a problem you already have. They can mask the injury so that you don't feel it, but it's still there. The only thing that will heal is time. I have pulled my hamstring playing football to the extent that the entire backside of my leg was black and blue. Use rest and ice and avoid pushing off with if for a few weeks. Then stretch and keep it warm before activity.
Monkey, not trying to disrespect, but by saying you have had more injuries when juicing than before when you were natural doesn't seem to help the cause. You would have to say you used it irresponsibly as alot people have. If a person were to follow a reasonable AAS regiment and let time build their body, then injury wouldnt be an issue. Again not trying to pick a fight, just pointing out what antidrug people would say, and that is steroid use causes injury. And I don't believe that it does.

well i would suggest concentrating on strengthening the muscle and stretching it as much as possible. Monkey is right, your muscles are going to be a lot stronger than the tendons holding them together and that is where the problem lies, going to heavy can rip them apart. My suggestion to you is to do some research and get on a beginner cycle like 250mg of test a week and add some deca for the joint support. Prioritize on your legs, stiff legged deadlifts, ham curls; focus on the part that's bothering you. It's not going to fix any existing ailments you are just going to need to take it easy and stretch stretch stretch. STRETCH :) hope this helps
