I have done my research on dosage sides etc. I plan to run 20-30mg pd, split, 10mg at a time… My question is can it be effective taking it on training days only or even just on specific training days??
I could easily get 10mg between 1:30 - 2:00 AM (I get up to eat) or even 10mg @ 9:00PM the evening prior to my training session. I could then get another 10mg @ 4:30AM something like that. I train @ 5:00 – 5:15AM.
What do you guys think??
