Halo Question?

How long does it take for halo to kick in. Let's say I just wanted to use it for a serious workout or before a football or hockey game, would I need to take it days in advance or hours?

Take it within 30 min. of said workout/hockeygame.

If you want to speed up it's absorbtion in your bloodstream, take it with Grapefruit Juice.

So basically if taken with grapefruit juice you will feel the results within hours?
 
first week i took it i became pumped up on and aggressive. got a kick almost instantly before working out while getting ready for a show.w as what the doc ordered in helping me through the edge of a contest diet.
 
chew em' up, i always take them the day before and the day of my football games (i take 4 at a time 3x day)- but don't take more than 6 @ a time- any more than that gives me a splitting headache. imo i think this is the best way to take them- before workouts or events requiring aggression- if i take them for longer than 10 days at a time continously (any dosage), i start getting splitting headaches and they kill my appetite.

Yes, Lil' Chris.

Within 30 min to an hour.....

Grapefruit speeds up the absortion rate for the drug in to the bloodstream.

i didn't feel much until i had been on for a week- then i had a really great strength gain. 10 mg ed then wk 2 i went up to 20mg ed, wk 3 and 4 back to 10mg ed. i had no more aggressive inclinations, than before i ever took them
 
1 in the a.m and 1 usually a hr or 30 min prior to workout is the way i run it and it seems to work since i end up pacing the gym just wanting to lift more
