Halo dosage?

For the guys outthere that have tried halo, did you break your dosage up throughout the day. Or did you take it all at once?

break it up,only go 20mg no more than 6 weeks!!! very toxic.

i agree with NYI . 6 weeks at about 20 mg day .

You should spread it up throw the day at least every 3hours (4-5dosages) to reduce the stress on the liver
