I am in week 6 of my cycle. to refresh the peoples memories this is what is is:



week 1-4 dbol 50mg/day
week 5-8 anadrol 100mg/day (i like the strength gaines but will drop at week 8)
week 1-6 sust 750mg/ week
week 7-12 sust 500mg/ week
week 1-12 test e 500mg/ week
week 1-10 deca 400mg/ week
week 1-12 nolva 20mg /day
milk thistle 1000mg / day

ok here are the stats so far.

started cycle at 6'2" 300 lbs even
not sure of bf% but it is comming down
went to 317 lbs by week 3
now down to 292 lbs week 6

the thing that catches my eye is the loss of fat while on cycle which is what i think explains the drop in weight, plus i dumped a lot of water after dropping the dbol for anadrol. i got better strength gaines on anadrol so im sticking with it for a little longer. i have gained a lot of size as far as mass for just this 6 weeks. im going to continue my training regiment and diet and continue to grow.

Your a big FUCKER arent you...lol...did you have a high bf when you started? pics? before and current?
 
not really. i mean im not 8% like some lucky people here but im not a lard ass either. put it this way, i get my share of compliments in and outside the gym. put it this way, i would make extra money when i bounced at night clubs and get hired for bachelorette party's. but the lard asses i worked with never got asked so i guess that means something. i will post pics at the end of my cutting cycle after this one. i hate doing interim pics, the last time i did that i got torn down by idiots. so this time i decided to tait until i am finished and post results pics. i know everyone is dying to see my sexy ass. maybe ill do a thong spread like daisy. lol... that would be a sight.
 
^^ lol.... ya bro, sounds like a solid cycle there.. good to hear your gains are going good. man im 6'2'' , down to 220 now, but when i was at 253 during cycle , i felt like a fat ass.. not saying you are, but you must be a big mann :) good luck with the rest of the cycle and post up those pics.. any haters and we'll bomb em :evil:
 
God damn...Thats a pretty good cycle there bud...well i guess being 300lbs you can handle that...

i played semi pro football until i broke my ankle and even then i was pushing 285-295 lbs. i went there at 255 lbs and was asked to play offensive tackle because there were 5 tight ends so i said sure but i had to pack on some weight to be good. so i did a cycle of sust dbol and tren and blew up to about 290 but not just from that one cycle. it took me about 6 months to finally get up there. they put me next to a 300 lb guard and he was about the same height but a seriously difference in physique. i was all muscle they were all fat. i was faster, stronger and had way more stamina than the rest of the lineman. and my rookie year in the semi-pro leagues i was the only lineman to be selected to the leagues pro-bowl. too bad i broke my ankle 2 games prior to the pro-bowl but still went cast and all. but i beat out guys that have been on the team for 5 years. they were fat asses and i showed them what they can look like at the same weight if they just went about it the right way.

im not tooting my own horn. i am just real proud of where i am from where i started. even when i wasnt on AAS i was accused of it. but if you looked at my dad you would see i have very good genetics and i respond very well to AAS.

now the pressure is on. thanks bro. i like it though. it helps with the motivation to push even further. if it werent for me playing football and having been challenged to play a position i never played before i would not have made the gains i have. you have to set goals. short and long. dont half ass your goals and quit, keep going. i have a positive look in life. and i help wherever i can.

matter of fact in my photo album in my profile i have a pick of me in action playing football.

yea right you would think. im not that huge.... yet..... but my son is only 7 and he is already almost 100 lbs but solid not chunky. my neighbors kid is the same weight but very chunky. and my son is 4'4". the doctor said he is going to be bigger than me.

excellent, bring him up in the gym! more importantly diet... i wish i knew more about diet years ago , if i did i would prob be at least 10 lbs heavier.

he goes with me every time. some times i can sneak him with me to help me workout. most of the time he is in the daycare. but i bring him so he can watch me train and see first hand that i train hard. my dad stopped lifting before i can remember ever seeing him lift. and i only remember him playing softball so i pretty much had to teach myself. but i want my son to see with his own eyes and one day i can get him started working out with me. now that is a fathers dream, going to the gym with his son. one day at a time gents, one day at a time.
 
oh yea and my dad thought the protien shakes i did was somehow steroids because i got big quick. this was in high school. i didnt touch juice until i was 25. i didnt have to. but my goals have changed and so have my needs. lol....

God damn....what were you doing feeding his mother T-Bones and Flank Steak 5 times a day when she was pregnant!!!!!! :RADAR

I always said i was going to do that to my wife...feed her steak 5 times a day and pray my kid comes out a pro football player...or like dady a LaCrosse player!!!!!!!!!!!!11

hey i played lacrosse to. my parents put me in soccor when i was little and i played all the way through to 7th grade. thats when the football coach came over to the soccor field and pulled me to the football field and said i play football now. i guess i had no choice. but during my jr high years amongst other sports i played lacrosse as well. fun sport. kind of like a mix of soccor and football.

yea you would think i had something to do with it. but he is a very tall and big boy for his age. i can only hope but it will be his decision what he decides to do in life. i can only guide him and support him.
