Half life of estrogen??

Can someone tell me roughly how long estrogen lasts in the body?

Unless you are on estrogen therapy, the restoration of normal HPTA activity would determine when estrogen is within physiological ranges.

My question was actually about estrogen half lif with regard to blocking estrogen rebound from HCG. Meaning: how long must I take NOlva before / how long after while using HCG. hope its a bit clearer now...

There should be a significant problem with a rebound effect. The recommend protocol is to continue Nolvadex for 3 weeks after the cessation of HCG. That alone, will insure that you do not run into any problems.

OK thats for PCT - but what about the mid cycle HCG while already on a'dex - does this mean I do nolva during the mid cycle HCG + 3 weeks during my cycle ?

Yes, you would still use the Nolvadex in conjunction with your HCG mid cycle. The mid cycle protocol is 500-1,000 IUs HCG ED and 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for 7-10 days consecutively. It's different from the post cycle protocol.
