half life of anadrol

say some one was taking 50mg ed.. would it be ok to take the whole dose at once, or better to split in to 25mg twice?? does it matter?

lets say its split.. is there a best way? .. for instance upon waking and up, and after work out

Half life is 9 hrs, I believe. You can take it once a day. Personally, I would split it.
