Do you have a copy of the workout plan. I used this product back in the mid 80's (young and didn't know any better). I remember that the workout was great. The best I can tell, it was the only thing that was great about it. Anyway, I remember that there were a lot of strip sets and that it lasted for 6-weeks. If you have the workout, would you post it, I would like to try it again.

F'ck yeah.. The workout was enough of a ball breaker to make up for any bogus supps....
